Any dispute arising out of the use of this website, or any transaction entered into through this website, is governed by, and must be construed in accordance with, the law of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

Any dispute in connection with the website must be resolved through binding arbitration in the District of Columbia, pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration proceedings must be conducted in the English language and all submissions must be made in English or with an English translation. Witnesses may provide testimony in a language other than English if simultaneous English translation is provided. The results of any arbitration will be final and nonappealable. The foregoing notwithstanding, NAAC reserves the right to invoke the jurisdiction of any competent court to remedy or prevent violation of any provision of this Agreement. Furthermore, if arbitration is rejected or not responded to by the non-demanding party, then after ten (10) days from the date of said rejection or non-response, the demanding party may file a lawsuit in the local legal venue in which said party resides in a court of competent jurisdiction. The language of any private dispute shall be English, all monies shall be paid in United States currency, and the laws of District of Columbia and the United States shall govern.

The user of this website irrevocably submits and agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the District of Columbia, in any action, suit or proceeding related to, or in connection with, his/her use of this website.

The user of this website and NAAC agree that in the event of any ruling in favor of the user, that the user's damages are difficult to estimate and therefore the user's damages shall be limited to his/her payment(s) to NAAC.
